SUSAN L. (SUSIE) HOELLER
PRINCIPAL ATTORNEY
Throughout her career Ms. Hoeller has been active in professional, academic and community organizations. She is currently an adjunct instructor for the Executive MBA program at the Sykes College of Business at the University of Tampa.
Since 2008, Ms. Hoeller has served as an Advisor to the New Zealand Trade and Enterprise Americas Beachhead Program. She is a co-founder of the Arkansas Chapter of Women in International Trade and a past director of the Tampa Bay Chapter.
Susie is a former director of the Forum for International Trade Training in Ottawa, Canada.
She has authored articles for American Bar Association antitrust publications, the Texas Bar Journal and on-line business publications. Susie has received awards from the Dallas Bar Association and Legal Services of North Texas for her pro bono legal service.
Ms. Hoeller has been admitted to practice law in Florida, Arkansas, Texas, Illinois, Maine and the federal court for the Northern District of Illinois. Currently, only her law license in Florida is on active status.
She received her law degree from Vanderbilt University and graduated from Colby College cum laude with a B.A. in history and government. She received her primary and secondary education in Montreal, Quebec, Canada and was born in Chicago, Illinois.

ANN C. SHIPHERD
OF COUNSEL
Ann C. Shipherd, Esq., LCB is a Customs and International Trade attorney with over 15 years of extensive industry experience in international business and compliance. Shipherd’s practice is devoted to helping domestic and multinational businesses by guiding them through the complexities of global trade. She has counseled various industry stakeholders, multinational corporations, importers, exporters, manufacturers, freight forwarders, and global financial institutions through an array of legal matters, including customs and trade compliance, data privacy, import and export enforcement matters, sanctions, transportation and supply chain, commercial banking, and regulatory concerns. Active in the legal and trade community, Shipherd owns a legal practice in Tampa, FL, and is a member of key associations, including the Florida Bar International Law Section, the International Sanctions and Export Controls Society, the International Compliance Professionals Association, the Organization of Women in Trade, and the International Propeller Club, where she serves on the Board of Directors. Shipherd earned two bachelor’s degrees from Florida International University, is a licensed United States Customs Broker, and received her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law.
