  • All domestic client emails are acknowledged and phone calls are answered on the same business day as received. International emails are acknowledged within 24 hours of receipt.
  • We meet the deadlines we agree on with our clients.
  • We enter into engagement letters with our clients where our legal fee arrangement and costs chargeable to clients are clearly set forth and agreed upon.
  • We prefer to bill on a flat fee project basis, whenever possible. We never exceed our flat fee quotes.
  • When we bill on an hourly basis, we never perform unneeded legal services which would increase a client’s invoice.
